NEW HOPE, PA - Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty opened a selection of its finest listings in the greater Solebury area for an invitation-only house tour in June. A record number of clients past and present toured residences priced from $1,295,000 to $3,250,000. The reception afterward was held at Chateau en Bois de Roche, an estate residence listed for sale for $4,900,000 in Solebury’s exclusive Rockwood community. The party drew a crowd of more than 150 people.
"We had a tremendous response from our client base that day,” said Donald Pearson, Kurfiss SIR chairman. “It was a terrific event that provided excellent exposure for our listings."
Hellen Cannon of Kurfiss SIR's New Hope office organized the event. "I want to thank our clients for being so gracious about opening their homes and our agents for being enthusiastic supporters of the event. We owe our success to all of them,” said Cannon.
